Whose policies do we offer?
For the majority of the policies we sell we deal with a range of insurers. In some circumstances we offer the policies of a limited number of insurers or a single insurer.
Refund Policy
Cancellation during the cooling off period
You may cancel the insurance, without giving reason, by sending written notice to the administrator and returning the insurance documents within 14 days of purchase. Cover will terminate upon receipt of your notice of cancellation by the administrator and you will receive a full premium refund provided that no claim has been made and you do not intend to make a claim.
Cancellation after the cooling off period
In the event of cancellation after your 14 day cooling off period we will calculate the proportionate premium for the period that you have been insured and refund the balance provided you have not made a claim during the period of insurance. If a claim has been made during the period of insurance no refund of premium will be given.
In the event of cancellation your proportionate refund is subject to an administration fee equal to 25% of the annual premium with a minimum fee applying of £10.

Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will not be used however we may use your email address to send you information on our other products and services.

English law applies to your relationship with us. Similarly, unless you and your insurer agree otherwise, English law applies to your relationship with your insurer and your insurance contract.

The wait wasn't long tthe information was clear and the sales representative was was polite.
Ive only put good at the moment as, up to now i have had no problems but ive not had to make a claim yet, and hopefully i wont have to. Only then will i be able to give full constructive feedback. But ive taken insurance to cover myself.
